Smoke Damage From a Small Bedroom Fire

This client called SERVPRO of Monterey Peninsula after she had a small fire in the bedroom. The smoke quickly spread through her home leaving a bad odor and soot everywhere. 

Soot is a black powdery or flaky substance consisting largely of amorphous carbon, produced by the incomplete burning of organic matter.

SERVPRO of Monterey Peninsula packed the clients belongings and brought them back to our facility where we cleaned all items, restoring them back to the original state. The rest of the crew was performing a thorough cleaning of the walls, ceiling, and floors. Getting our customer back to preloss condition "Like it never even happened"
